Zexion is one of the bad guys, don't forget that. As passive as he may seem to be on the surface, he's super intelligent and certainly not above using whatever information he has against you given the opportunity. He has a loyal streak, so if you're not one of the precious few people who has earned his loyalty, watch your back. He's known as "the cloaked schemer" for a reason.
(Note that his magic, unlike some of the other Nobodies, doesn't involve elementals but instead powers Illusions. Basically, he can set up any kind of scenario and drop you in it, for good or for ill. Some people can see right through this kind of magic or fight it. Most can't, at least not without great difficulty. It's a powerful kind of magic.)

Hugging: You're welcome to try, just as he is welcome to stab you with the nearest pointy object.
Kissing: As long as you don't expect some kind of romance from him, sure, why not.
Flirting: Honestly, this would be hilarious. Zexion is not used to romantic overtures and is likely to take any attempts at flirting completely literally.
Fighting: He would rather not, but if he has to, he has to. Assuming he has his magic, that is. Without it, he'll do anything he can to avoid it.
Injuring: Probably fine as long as there's no actual maiming or loss of body parts.
Killing: You're gonna need to consult me about this first, chief. Given that Zexion's death is not actually a permanent death and simply returns his heart to his body (somehow... it's handwavey Kingdom Hearts shennanigans, don't even worry about it if you're canon blind)- meaning that Zexion will no longer exist and he'll be human again as Ienzo- that needs to be discussed and planned for in advance.
Telepathy/mind reading: No, sorry. Given the nature of Zexion's magic, his mind would be difficult to impossible to break into.
